Situation: Your Human Resource Branch Manager has gotten several complaints from the employees of the XYZ Widget Inc that they do not know how to progress in the organization. Many of the line managers cannot provide the information or training to the employees.
Your task: Your branch manager has asked you to solve the above stated problem. You are scheduled to provide him a briefing on how you plan to implement training to help the employees of the organization become better informed about career development in the organization.
You should never go to a meeting with all of your eggs in one basket so to speak. You have decided that you will provided several courses of action for the Branch Manager and recommend the one that you feel is most feasible and discuss why.
